- I have 25 years of experience in Organizational Leadership, HR, Coaching, Facilitating and mediation.
- I have a business called Inspiring Organizational Growth. I created it after spending so many years in industry, and listening to leaders who were trying so hard, but feeling like they were dealing with the SAME issues over and over (grievances, retention, employee engagement, team synergy, silos, miscommunication, etc).
- I work with leaders and their teams to help them better understand what personnel issues may be impacting their success. I use my HR knowledge, mediation skills, and coaching abilities to help to uncover root issues, increase trust and communication, and provide them with key strategies they can use to better leverage their greatest asset- their employees.
- I come into organizations first as a consultant "To observe the game from the bleachers", identify pressure points, and hear interests and concerns. Then I provide one/one leadership and team coaching by "sitting on the bench with them during the game". We discuss new approaches, try new strategies and instill better communication.
- I written a book that describes 20 leadership lessons I have learned, how they can enhance organizations and ensure employees want to stay with their leaders. It is entitled KNOWING WHO YOU LEAD and it coming out summer of 2022.
